Reservation and booking process

Please complete and send your contact details and the desired departure date filling the form. Select if you want a private or open tour. If you want to discuss the tour details first or book via e-mail or phone, please contact us or schedule a call.
Reservation confirmation and deposit payment
We will contact you to give you every tour details and to confirm your contact information and dates. We will explain you the steps to proceed with the payment of your reservation.
We charge a reservation deposit of 400 € per person for public tours and 100 € per person for small scale tours. Full payment is 60 days before your tour departure. If your tour leaves within 60 days of booking, full payment will be charge in this step.
We send you detail information about your tour
After we receive your deposit payment, we will send you a confirmation invoice and reservation form. The reservation form must be completed, signed and returned within 10 days of deposit to finalize your trip. This form enables us to secure your hotels, bikes, note dietary restrictions and recognize special requests you may have
4-5 weeks before your departure we will send you detail information about your tour, travel tips and arrival information.
Final payment and departure
Full payment is due 60 days in advance of your tour departure. If your tour leaves within 60 days of booking, full payment is due in the tour confirmation step.
